You know you’re special when your 90 year old great-grandfather can still drive AND has and knows how to use an iPhone. 😱👌

I got to meet my 10 month old cousin Priscilla for the first time this week! She has the most gorgeous eyes ever! It was fun hanging with her and my Aunt Christy shopping today.

Proud Sister of a Football Kicker

Jeremy has been drafted as the Pedro Menendez High School varsity kicker! I am so proud of my little brother! Come out and see him at either of his next two home games October 10 and 17. Hope to see y’all there!

Fall is one of my favorite times of year. The cool weather, the leaves changing (what little they do in Florida. ;)), and the slowing down of everything we have to do. 😀 But my favorite part is the hunting season (dogs barking, guns firing) and the fact that Thanksgiving is just a few weeks away. I thank God daily for my family and friends. But especially for the beauty of his woods and animals. ♥♥♥

National 4-H Horticulture Competition

Jared and I attended the National Junior Horticultural Association for the first time, representing Florida 4-H on the Horticulture Identification Competition. Abby Kulpa placed 4th individual, Ellie Leach placed 6th, and the team placed 3rd in the nation.

We also competed in the Horticulture Connections Quiz Bowl for fun, and were eliminated in the first round against Nebraska. 😛 But, we had fun!!!! I’m excited!!! We visited Norfolk Botanical Gardens, went on the Spirit of Norfolk Cruise, and visited Jamestown and Williamsburg. 😀 I LOVED IT!!!!! We made lots of new friends from all over the nation, including: Mississippi, New York, and Maryland. ❤ ❤ ❤

I’ll post a few pictures in a while.

4-H Camp Ocala

This year was my first year at Camp Ocala. Because of my previous experience as a counselor at the weekend camp for younger 4-Hers, my agent allowed me to be a week long Counselor in Training (CIT) Jared was a counselor, and Jeremy was also a CIT. Cayla attended as a camper. We attended the camp with 33 St. Johns county youth, 35 Clay county youth, and 34 Taiwanese students on a summer program. Here are some (out of over 300) pictures that I took over the week (July 8-12)
